Abstract270)   HTML    PDF (2518KB)(147)
In addition to the light oil which is easy to be exploited, there are many heavy oil which can not be directly exploited in the underground oil reservoir. The heavy oil reservoir is usually exploited by means of steam injection and thermal recovery. Steam dryness is an important parameter to measure the quality of wet saturated steam in heavy oil thermal recovery process, which has an important impact on the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery. In this paper, a new method of measuring the dryness of wet saturated steam in steam injection pipeline matrix conductance method was proposed. Based on this method, combining the thermodynamic properties of water and steam, an algorithm model of matrix conductance method for measuring the dryness of wet saturated steam was established. The causes of measurement errors and the methods to reduce the errors were analyzed. The calculation of the edge area of the instantaneous cross⁃section water area under the matrix was interpolated. Finally, the absolute error of the algorithm model was less than ±3.0%. This study also provided a reliable method for real⁃time monitoring of steam dryness, which was of great significance for improving the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery.

Abstract429)   HTML    PDF (3014KB)(150)
Low⁃carbon alloy steel is widely used in industrial design such as pressure vessels, vehicles, bridges, etc.By studying the influence of high pressure abrasive water jet on the cutting of low carbon alloy steel, the influence of water jet cutting characteristics on the cutting effect is analyzed, which has certain reference significance for improving cutting efficiency and reducing cutting cost.In the experiment, the five⁃axis linkage NC water cutter cutting machine is used, take Q345B as an example and the effects of cutting pressure, target distance and transverse speed on cutting depth and width are analyzed. The experimental results show that: with the increase of cutting pressure, the depth of cutting increases greatly. but the effect on cutting width is not obvious. Under certain conditions, there is an optimum target distance to maximize the cutting depth, the cutting depth decreases with increasing mobile speed. The target distance has a great effect on the cutting width, but the moving speed has little effect on the cutting width.

Abstract536)   HTML    PDF (1120KB)(217)
A SBS modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by using linear SBS latex, and the performance of emulsified asphalt was analyzed. Experiments set to test how emulsifier types, amounts of emulsifier, usage of line⁃type SBS latex and preparation technology affect the performance of modified asphalt emulsion. The morphology of modified asphalt emulsion has also been studies by using scanning electron microscope. The experiment results showed that when emulsifier was OP⁃10, usage of emulsifier was 2.0%, amount of line⁃type SBS latex was 4.0%, the shearing rate was 3 000~4 000 r/min, the shearing time was 30 min, the evaporation residue of modified asphalt emulsion was 65.5%, storage stability was 0.43% (1 d) and 2.15%(5 d), penetration was 65 mm and the softening point was 55.7 ℃, which matches the technical requirements of the road modified emulsified asphalt. SBS is also dispersed uniformly in emulsified asphalt.

Abstract815)      PDF (1638KB)(362)
This research affords a new method to test the content of methanol in the gasoline, and a special portable instrument was developed according to this method. The disturbance caused by the existence of hydrocarbons and ethers in gasoline was excluded by extraction, and the alcohol was selective oxidized to aldehyde over catalyst A, and the presence of other alcohol can be neglected by selecting suitable color developing agent. The methanol content in 10 different kinds of gasoline samples (including samples of five Ethanol gasolines and of five unleaded gasoline) has been tested by this special instrument. According to the experimental data with GC and this method, the testing speed, selectivity and reliability of the method has been investigated, and the results shows that good reproducibility and accuracy of this method has been demonstrated as compared with those of other rapid test methods.

Abstract379)      PDF (682KB)(194)
The structure and reaction path of the doublet \[Si, O, C, P\] radical were explored by density functional theory and ab initio levels. Thirteen isomers connected by 15 interconversion transition states are located at the B3LYP/6-311G(d) level. At the QCISD/6-311G(d) level, one cyclic O-cCSiP5 and two bent isomers OSiCP1 and SiCPO3 are stable isomers. The bonding nature of the three isomers and the reaction path of isomers 1 and 5 were analyzed. The predicted structure and reaction path are expected to be informative for the identification of \[Si, O, C, P\] in the laboratory and space detectation.
